Well, you sign up for a specific service or product through a company who will send said service or product to you as often as you requested.

Good question! Mainly convenience! You can read about the specifics under each service I have tried.
Are you an affiliate?
No. I do not benefit in any manner that you yourself could not benefit from sharing each service. I don't do quotas or have a large following. As this blog simply shows, I have a very busy life!
